no balloon is fired when download is completed

Windows 10 x64

I activated playing a sound and showing a balloonpopup when download is ready..
However when a download is completed only a sound is played, but no balloonpopup is fired.

Launching an example balloon is working by the way.

What version of Win10 is this please (as in 1903, etc...)?
There is an option in Settings/Notifications pane that prevents (real, not example) popups from showing when DC++ main window is minimized. Is that enabled for you?
Also what are the states of the first two tray icon related options in Settings/Appearence top checkbox option list?

My Windowsversion: Windows 10 x64 version 1903 build 18362.900

'Minimizing to systemtray' and 'Always show icon in systemtray' were both checked.
I've already tried the same with unchecked values, but still no message fired when download was completed.
As I stated before: an example message is fired when pressing the fire popup example.

In uTorrent firing popupmessage when a download is ready, is working!!
So it must me a wrong setting or it's really a bug in DC++

I can confirm this with DC++ 0.868 running on Win10 Home 1903 x64

It works currently on Win11 23H2.
