I've a similar issue on Groovy. I got it 2 days in a row after my daily package update.
Reverting the machine to a state before the upgrade and re-upgrading the same packages doesn't reproduce the issue. However, when it worked with the same package update the message "Unexpected error response from GetNameOwner()" is not present in the logs.
