This is really strange. It builds fine for me on my amd64 Dapper pbuilder. Your build seems to fail because it can't find libode0-dev, which exists in Dapper universe:

roshan@altair:~$ apt-cache madison libode0-dev
libode0-dev | 1:0.5-5 | http://localhost dapper/universe Packages
       ode | 1:0.5-5 | http://localhost dapper/universe Sources
       ode | 1:0.5-5 | http://localhost edgy/universe Sources
