Disable "minimize to tray" feature

I wish I was able to remove Cuttlefish from the tray using the "Preferences" windows. I don't like the icon (it does not match the unity design) and, sometimes, I just don't need it there.

I hope there will be a better icon some time in the future :) So you mean, if you disable the indicator in the preferences, cuttlefish should just run like a daemon?

Yes, that was my idea. If I want to change something I 'programmed', I would have to open cuttlefish, if I wished to make something run, I would make a shortcut.

Aright, that does make sense...

So what we need for this is:
 * option to hide the indicator
 * command to open the hidden cuttlefish instead of starting a new instance if you start cuttlefish a second time
 * command to run a specific reflex
 * command to stop the running cuttlefish instance

Did I miss a thing?
