Aright, that does make sense...

So what we need for this is:
 * option to hide the indicator
 * command to open the hidden cuttlefish instead of starting a new instance if you start cuttlefish a second time
 * command to run a specific reflex
 * command to stop the running cuttlefish instance

Did I miss a thing?
