Bug Description

Allow to create reactions(volume controls etc) when a flash movie(youtube etc) starts in any browser.

I love the idea and I know that this might be possible, since the app "kaffeine" does something like this. I will call this incomplete, because I have to do some research about if and how cuttlefish can monitor this kind of event.

Could this be generalized so that when any video starts (in browser or gnome player or vlc or...) an application is quit & another one starts?

I am asking for this since I use the package "redshift". I'd like to quit redshift when a video starts & start another instance of it with the parameters "-m vidmode" which adjusts the redness when watching a video!
