Hi Dave,

This bug should be resolved in trunk. We've had a few bugs related to clearing LVM devices from previous installs. The initial fix in Bug 1764602 helped but didn't fully resolve the issue and results in the error that you see. In fixing subsequent side-effect bugs Bug 1768893 and Bug 1769742 I believe we've resolved this particular trace.

We're preparing a curtin SRU Bug 1772044 which can be picked up by a daily build of the installer.
