Just to clarify if I'm on same page

Devstack User deployemnt:
single process deployment
default transport_url = 'kombu+memory://'

For gate testing ( need to change the config in infra):
Multi process deployment
transport url = rabbit (as its the common driver used in real world scenarios, maybe testing withit is worthwhile.)
