the problem for me is not if the refresh rate is or not 75 Hz (on a side note Andrey, I wouldn't trust the OSD, I know I don't trust mine).
The problem is not also that either the nvidia driver doesn't seem to be doing its work or his monitor EDID reports wrong information.
What I really don't understand is why the RandR extension is reporting 50 Hz when the driver sets it to 60 Hz .....
Admittedly, it is a small issue; if you don't think it is worth investigating this, by all means, reject the bug report.
