Both the move plugin and expo plugin change the mouse pointer toe XC_fleur (a fist) for when dragging windows around. However they both do so too early, I think. If you're only double clicking on a title bar (or on a window in expo move) then the mouse pointer should not change. It should only change if you start moving a window.
