Bug Description

   $ /usr/lib/command-not-found £ |& cat
  Sorry, command-not-found has crashed! Please file a bug report at:
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/command-not-found/+filebug
  Please include the following information with the report:

  command-not-found version: 0.2.44

command-not-found seems to crash if it's supplied an argument containing a non-Ascii character (such as “£”) and its standard error is redirected (such as with |& cat)

Sorry, forgot to mention, this happens to me under both LANG=en_GB.utf8 and LANG=C, so I don't think it's locale-dependent.
