Pushed in a fix for wsrep-5.6 in revision: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~codership/codership-mysql/5.6/revision/4095

Here applier runs the UK duplicate value check, but avoids taking GAP locks during this check.

Pushed also new regression test with 3 different test modes for this issue
