Are you sure all nodes have binlog_format as ROW? I am not able to replicate this with ROW binlog_format.
Also, can you try with a more minimal config? like removing #SAFETY# parts etc.
Another thing is I tested with latest HEAD which has other fixes, we are doing an experimental release of this in a few hours, you can test with that as well.
