Raghavendra,

  thanks for you answer and for you help.

 - I have double checked and all the nodes have ROW binlog_format,
 - I have run the script taking out the #SAFETY# section on all the nodes, but I am still getting the deadlock error.

So you cannot reproduce maybe because of the conf or maybe because of the different Percona Cluster version, so:
 - can you give me a minimal configuration which I can try out? (maybe I should take out more sections than just the safety one?)
 - can you please tell me where I can find the experimental release?
