Update, I have done also this test:

1) create a machine with Percona XtraDB Cluster 5.5.31 and 3 nodes.
2) run the script, no errors.
3) upgrade the same machine to Percona XtraDB Cluster 5.5.33
4) run the same script, Deadlock error.
