XMPP IM RFC actually only specifies:

‘chat -- The entity or resource is actively interested in chatting.’

So what human readable name for that status is not specified.

Also, Psi uses ‘Free for Chat’ in its user interface. Some clients use ‘Chatty’, IIRC.
