You must start using 'wish8.5'. For some reason your tclsh8.5 doesn't find Tk 8.5.
BUT, it wont run anyway since there are some issues left with tile vs. ttk. Many are solved but I stumbled on:

style element create Safari.background image $tiles(blank) -map ...

where -map is not there in ttk tk8.5.
