This should get released upstream on Aug 16th and SRU'ed by the beginning of September.

Note that with https://bugs.launchpad.net/cloud-init/+bug/1872813 also being SRU'ed, I wouldn't expect any "normal" changes from this. This change should allow us to do the right thing in the "iSCSI detection is broken" case.
