Comment 49 for bug 1569237

Just noticed that the insecure key was not set and snooped around and saw the username was not correctly created. I am attempting to updated a couple sites both Ubuntu and latter to PHP7. For now I am not running into many issues that are show stoppers but seems like this could really hose some scripts down the road and also has the additional impact that once it is switched that is more rework.
