Comment 3 for bug 1890858

I have it working on upgraded (from 16.04 and from 18.04) as well as on fresh installs.
Really to be able to do anything about it we would need to find what makes this issue appear :-/

I'm unsure - could you try to get in touch with the people that wrote the blog and/or said "yes I'm affected" in any of those places?
