Hi Robie,

I took a look at the diff of 2 other popular openstack clients between the upstream tag and the equivalent package source for stable/ussuri and they have similar differences to what we're seeing here with python-magnumclient [1]. I also took a closer look at the setup.cfg diff for python-magnumclient and it is just formatting changes (tabs and spaces differences) plus the addition of the [egg_info] section, nothing that would affect functionality.

I'm going to re-upload the same package version since this is a normal delta that is created as part of the upstream automated release tarball creation.
