I wasn't considering staging. We really have 3 PPAs per UCA release: -staging, -proposed, and -updates. The first is just a place where we stage packages before promoting to proposed. The latter two you aren't public. Those are the real UCA that get synced to the real UCA via reprepro, from which you install after add-apt-repository cloud-archive:pike(-proposed).
