To add to comment #8, that of course was a queens deployment, created an instance, upgraded nova-cc to rocky, then 'openstack server list' errored out and nova-api-os-compute.log contains the traceback: https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/nj93928wXt/ (should be the same as what Junien posted but posting again as the formatting is better).
