the second test case was i trying to reproduce, but can't reproduced in my env.

this is already fixed in kilo&upstream but not trusty,

i originally want to fix above LP, and found one commit but i found Amad fixed one step later commit then i wanted.

so Im trying to patch both of them for trusty.

it's not easy to reproduce this again.
