This command from a cvs checkout will show changes that were needed:

    $ cvs diff -r mongo-1_6_2

Basically:
1) (minor) Sconstruct fiddle up's for --prefix=/usr/lib/rpm
2) JS changes to re-target GPSEE's specific "known good" version of -ljs
