$ date --utc
Tue Feb 3 20:34:14 UTC 2015
$ date
Tue Feb 3 13:34:15 MST 2015
$ echo "UTC0UTC" | sudo tee /etc/TZ
UTC0UTC
$ date
Tue Feb 3 20:34:17 UTC 2015
