@Ivan: no release notes for Rocky & Queens because there won't be any releases from those. I think there's sufficient info in the doc updates on the cinder patch + the OSSN so that operators will know what to do. Plus there are the release notes on the more recent patches they can use for reference.

@Ivan: also, about timing. Can you arrange to push the patches to gerrit around 2pm your time and then put a message into #openstack-cinder tagging rosmaita geguileo whoami-rajat eharney smcginnis to let us know that the patches are ready for review.

@Ivan: also, i will update the tarball of release notes today; will make sure it says "new" in the filename so you can tell they're updated (we had a security meeting and some clarifications were suggested).
