Comment 5 for bug 1941062

After trying to reproduce the issue mentioned in the openstack-discuss mailing list [1] I stumbled upon this bug. I see the same issue in Victoria, but not in Wallaby. The Wallaby installation is a virtual test environment installed with Victoria and upgraded to Wallaby. The W cloud doesn't have a nova section in the cinder.conf, nor does V. So I would assume that it can't be a config issue, right? I checked the Wallaby release notes and the only thing related to retype with ceph as backend is [2]. Could that make the difference here?
