Comment 55 for bug 1806156

Great, I solved this problem. The steps to resolve are
1. Find the volume id with service_uuid=NULL that was deleted from volumes at that time.
2. Clear the volume information from golume_glance_metadata.
3. Clean up these volumes from ceph's volumes pool
Then execute docker exec -it cinder_api cinder-manage --debug db online_data_migrations no error is reported
