Comment 23 for bug 1806156

Did anyone identify a workaround for this? I verified all Cinder services are up, rabbitMQ is working fine, I'm wondering if the transformation is maybe trying to do something that I can skip or don't care about? I see the comment about line 111 (I assume this is from /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/cinder/cmd/manage.py) from Iain but it didn't work for me.
