Comment 6 for bug 1797181

Hi there. I tried to solve it by adding a missing status "migrating" (https://review.openstack.org/#/c/638995/). I think it's logical to have an additional status for migrating like it realized for retyping. After that, Nova has no problem to run Cinder's migrate_volume_completion callback. Fell free to review my bugfix.
