Bug Description
A bootable field in cinder volume data returned from cinder-api is a string data type.
However, a crypted field is a boolean data type.
{"volumes": [
{"status": "available",
"user_id": "b398614e552a42
"attachments": [],
"links": [],
"availability_
★ "bootable": "false",
★ "encrypted": false,
...
The type of value which can be True or False should be boolean.
