Comment 2 for bug 487143

I'm marking this as fixed release. The later versions of checkbox have really answsered this, and there is already a branch for 13 as part of the checkbox UI rewrite that clears up all the manual test descriptions. Also, a lot of the tests like the ones referenced here have been cleared up too.
