This is a duplicate of https://bugs.launchpad.net/checkbox/+bug/1279222. I tested with the new version of the code and your driver information is parsed correctly.

This should have been published in checkbox 0.17.6 which came out 3 days ago. Could you please confirm the version of checkbox you have? (dpkg --list "checkbox*"). If it is lower than 0.17.6, please try updating it from this PPA:

https://launchpad.net/~hardware-certification/+archive/public

Let me know. I'll set the bug as incomplete in the meanwhile, but depending on your results I will probably set it as a duplicate of bug 1279222, once we confirm things are solved for you.
