This bug is related to the other bug (TODO find the number) about checkbox-gui ignoring resource jobs.

If the user selects hwsubmit whitelist then the gui will run a subset of jobs and will refuse sending data to launchpad with the following message: "Cannot get 2013.com.canonical.certification::dpkg resource job"
