So, I tried running the command suggested by Jeff with the submission.xml provided by Juergen:

I'm running on Precise with both checkbox and checkbox-certification from trunk. Please confirm whether the md5sum matches, the release of Ubuntu, and the versions of both checkbox and checkbox-certification. Thanks!
