As you mentioned, deployment of owncloud-13 failed. owncloud-13 is the old version of the charm. At the current time, a merge proposal (https://code.launchpad.net/~jose/charms/precise/owncloud/port-change+repo+ssl-support/+merge/215527) which includes many fixes is on the review queue. I will be setting this bug to "Fix Committed" and link it to the branch, and we can re-open it in the case the merge does not fix the error. From what I can see on EC2, it does fix it. If you want to try owncloud now, you can use my personal branch and deploy it from a local repository, though it's not 100% recommended.
