Remove https://jujucharms.com/u/rcj/ubuntu-repository-cache/trusty, the VCS has been deleted for a while but this is still hanging around. Some searches for the mirror charm will point to this rather than https://jujucharms.com/ubuntu-repository-cache/trusty.
