It might also be useful to create /tmp/mysql_monitor.ocf.ra.debug dir in the charm which is used by mysql_monitor, see:

I would use something under /var/log though instead of /tmp (we could modify the resource inline in the charm) because we capture /var/log/ in crashdumps.
