Comment 25 for bug 1717590

we had a run last night using the cs:~openstack-charmers-next/percona-cluster charm that actually completed deployment before timing out; hacluster-pxc units were all up about 45 minutes after deploy where they wouldn't all come up after 3 hours before. the mysql unit log looks much quieter too.
