Hi,

Will this fix work for older environments with stale certificates in relations data?
For example, I have an environment with an old charmed vault installed. Through the years it accumulated some stale certificates in relation data for non-leader vault units. Then I refresh the charm to `1.7/stable`. Can we be sure now having this bugfix that after vault leader re-election vault will not distribute stale certificates?
