the remaining gap right now is it not loading when using ovn. I see this could be done in 2 ways:
Implement in ovn-chassis, so it fulfills the gap mentioned above, and it will automatically address nova-compute because it is used in conjunction.
Implement in nova-compute charm, for the simple fact that it has sysctl rules that fail to be applied, and it will also fulfill the ovn gap when it is used together with ovn.
I don't know about other scenarios such as when iptables_hybrid is used, if there will be any gap if either of the options above.
