    AppArmor policy update for NVMeoF

    When using NVMeoF feature with nova-compute apparmor in enforce
    mode, nova-compute is denied from running /usr/sbin/nvme and
    /usr/sbin/blkid, and reading /etc/nvme/hostnqn.
