Comment 17 for bug 1892904

I've confirmed that nova_cell0 from the cell_mappings table of the nova_api database does contain the old database IP address after upgrading and dumping/restoring database tables. I used the same steps in my prior attachment with additional steps of digging into the database, see new attachment.
