That's great to hear! Somehow I missed this update until now. Is there any chance that you didn't mysqldump and restore-mysqldump the nova_api database?

I attempted to reproduce the issue but wasn't able to. I'm going to attach my steps to attempt since it may be useful to others. Note that my initial deployment had all services at focal-ussuri except for percona-cluster which was at bionic-ussuri.
