Install https://github.com/prometheus/mysqld_exporter in charm

TODO:

- Snap install exporter
  - Need implement a snap containing the mysqld prometheus exporter from the prometheus community.

  - Install snap in the charm.
    - Setup user/password for exporter && config to exporter service.
