Comment 21 for bug 1822063

I encountered this exact same trace & error after adding an removing vertificates relationship with HA keystone (20.0.1) Focal/Xena charm rev. 608.

Only one out of 3 units started having this issue and the final solution was to remove the problematic unit and deploy a fresh one.
