James found that there is a config option in ironic called [glance]swift_temp_url_duration, this option's default is 20m, it precisely indicates that if deployments get a 401 error when trying to download the image, this time should be increased.

I was checking the charms and we have no facilities to update this in the charm, I will prepare a custom charm with a very high timeout so you can test this.
