Comment 3 for bug 1900019

The issue turned out to be a missing relation:

  - - 'vault:certificates'
    - 'masakari:certificates'

Thanks Hybrid512 for having figured it out. I think the Masakari Appendix [0] should at least point to the Cert Appendix [1] as this is IMHO quite hard to figure out that such a relation is needed.
