Please update the series upgrade doc:

to talk about the need to disable any automatic package upgrades (e.g. via Landscape package profiles or the unattended-upgrades package which is installed and enabled in modern Ubuntu) since it talks about setting application-wide juju config parameters like openstack-origin after upgrading the first machine.
